We produce most of our own meat but when we buy it, we like it to be the best. So good in fact that guests are asking if we can courier more of this fantastic local Angus and Welsh black rump steak across the country. Thank you Williams Family Butchers Llanidloes. Always amazing. Whilst you are there ask for some of Lisa's pie it is fantastic!
