Recipe: Asian Turkey Burger taken from eric cressey's website...

Makes 3 Servings (3 Burgers)

Ingredients:

• 1 pound ground turkey
• ¼ cup minced onion
• 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
• 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons minced green bell pepper
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon water
• 1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
• Salt and pepper
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed

Directions

1. Combine all the ingredients in a big bowl.
2. With clean hands, squeeze it together until it’s very well combined.
3. Divide into three equal portions and form into burgers about ¾ inch (2 cm) thick.
4. Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray.
5. Place over medium-high heat.
6. Cook the burgers for about 5 minutes per side until cooked through.

Stir fried chicken (chilli, ginger, garlic in first) with a few green beans and red pepper, a generous helping of Chinese five spice and a little soy sauce, served with rice. Tasted as good as the masterchef's efforts on tv! ;) Cooked extra chicken too so have some fiery chicken pieces for a protein snack tomorrow... Totes smug right now!

Last night dinner was chicken and egg 'not fried' rice, today i have been immensely busy so opted for a chicken salad pitta with a little cottage cheese as it took 2mibs to make and 2mins to eat! Tonight i'm just going to nail another piece of sirloin steak with sweet potato and broccoli... I love my food at the moment And fat is stripping real well!

Just want to say WOW!! a total of 51lbs (Almost 3 1/2 stone) lost by the Cardiff crew. This is a great start. Well done on getting your heads around the right food choices. Just make sure you keep up the training and we will make sure this weight loss is fat loss!! Looking forward to seeing what you have achieved next week xx
