We’re recruiting!
New year, new job?
We’re looking for a driver to join our small team. Alternatively, a mechanic who’d be happy doing a bit of driving as well as workshop duties.
Full time or part time. Minimal weekend work.
Good rates of pay.
No PSV licence? No problem - we’ll put you through training and the necessary tests.
It’s a steady gig - school runs, sports fixtures, theatre trips, residentials etc.
Usually some down time to enjoy - last month I visited a couple of museums, went for a bike ride and did all my Christmas shopping while out on jobs!

New Club Secretary – Jess Livock
I am delighted to introduce our new secretary Jess Livock, Jess is a local lady who lives in Barbon and grew up in Hornby, in between time she spent many years living and working in Manchester. Jess is a business woman who owns and runs her own business operating through the North West. Jess’s enthusiasm for taking over the role comes from her three nephews who all train and play with the club and she is looking forward to her daughter donning her own boots in a couple of years’ time. She is passionate about her local community and sees the club as a hub for local people. Finally, Jess insists that she is looking forward to the challenge.
On behalf of the members, the committee and the wider club we are delighted that Jess has taken the decision to join us. If you see Jess at the club stop her and say hello, she’s keen to meet people.
