Grenaby Estates award winning holiday cottages are classified Five Star Gold by the Isle of Man Government’s Department of Tourism, the highest accolade available. We are located In the Isle of Man, in the south of the Island, an area of beautiful countryside only a short distance from the coast
We offer four luxury cottages in total, three are located at Grenaby on the Estate grounds and close to

the Equestrian Centre. Our fourth cottage, just a few minutes away, is in a stunning secluded coastal location near Castletown. It offers amazing views of both the countryside and the sea.

One of our beautiful Five Star Gold rated holiday cottages has become available for a three month let.
The Hayloft is on the first floor and has one large double bedroom, separate lounge, kitchen/diner and bathroom. It is fully fitted out to the highest standard and is fully furnished (including all kitchen equipment), excluding towels/bedding.
We accept pets in all of our properties and there is parking on site.
The Hayloft is available immediately until the end of April 2022. The rental is £1350 per month which includes all utilities (oil underfloor central heating, electricity and wifi).

We are proud to confirm that following our recent Cottage Inspections for Visit Isle of Man and Quality in Tourism we have retained our fabulous Five Star Gold Rating. We have also been awarded with a Safe, Clean and Legal Accreditation which has been brought in following the pandemic for cleaning standards - our small team have worked hard to keep the standards high during the pandemic so we are very pleased to have achieved the highest award once more. Well done to our staff and also a big thank you to all of our guests who have visited during the last couple of years and we look forward to welcoming our future guests.

Grenaby Equestrian are seeking to recruit a Groom/Instructor at their yard in Ballasalla which includes liveries and riding school.
We are seeking a groom and a groom/instructor - ideally qualified to BHS Stage 2 Teach or willing to train. Duties include but are not limited to - assisting the Yard Manager in the day to date running of the yard, assisting with the wellbeing and development of horses and ponies, maintaining equipment, cleaning tack, providing lessons (as qualified), all other tasks related to the running of a busy equestrian centre.
40 hours per week, 5 days over 7 (8am-5pm) weekend work required.

We are seeking to recruit a Yard Manager / Riding Instructor at Grenaby Equestrian - a busy riding and livery stable in Ballasalla. The successful candidate must be BHS2 Teach qualified as a minimum or equivalent qualifications. Duties include but are not limited to responsibility for the day to day running of the yard, wellbeing and development and training of all horses and ponies, organisation and management of the stables, barns, fields and related buildings, ensuring the yard complies with all government and other establishments which the yard is affiliated to, maintaining yard equipment, grazing and exercise areas, identifying business development opportunities, customer records receipts and payments, managing external instructors, managing staff, managing customer communications.
40 hours per week working 5 over 7 days with weekend work required (8am-5pm).
