The caravan has everything a family will need for a perfect break away in the beautiful setting of Selsey, West Sussex. The caravan is situated close to all amenities on West Sands. The nearest onsite bus stop is a 2 minute walk as is the nearest children’s play area. There is also parking very close to the caravan for your convenience although this is on a first come, first served basis. The Waterfront entertainment complex, children's funfair, swimming pool and beach are only a 5 minute walk away providing the best of both worlds in terms of being able to enjoy the peace and quiet whilst being near to the action!

Lounge / Diner - The comfortable lounge / dining area has a 42” LCD colour TV with Smart facilities and DVD player. We also provide Netflix and Disney Plus at no extra cost. There is a double pull out sofa bed and dining area with stalls for family meals together.

Kitchen - The well equipped kitchen includes a full size oven with grill, fridge / freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, ironing board and utensils as well as plenty of crockery and cookware.

Bathroom - toilet, shower, wash basin

Bedroom 1 - Double bed with built in wardrobes and wall mounted TV.

Bedroom 2 - Two single beds with a single wardrobe.

Duvets, pillows, bed linen, towels and blankets supplied with beds made up for your arrival.

Gas and Electric is provided free of charge.

Entertainment passes are at an additional cost and can be purchased from the office on arrival - prices are available on request. Once purchased you will have access to all Bunn Leisure’s award winning facilities, which have recently been updated and renovated. These include; Entrance to clubs, Entertainment - 3 venues, Swimming pools - indoor / outdoor, the onsite bus, which travels between the three parks; Green Lawns, West Sands and White Horses.

£75 Deposit secures the booking and will be refunded once the caravan has been checked for damages or breakages.
