Hello! We're so happy to be able to open up the Beach House at last - come and stay :)
🏡 It's a two bedroom house, with 2 bathrooms (one of which is en suite) and a WC.
🐶 👧🏼 Dog friendly and child friendly!
🏝 The beach is a ten minute walk to Bracklesham Bay, on the West Sussex coast.
🛌 One bedroom has a king size bed, the other has twin beds, which can also be locked together to make a super-king size bed.
🛋 Open plan sitting room and dining area.
🥣 Separate kitchen.
🚗 🚗 2 parking spaces.
⚡️ Electric car charging point.
📺 Enjoy Netflix, Disney + and Sky entertainment channels (sorry, not sport!).
🍲 Billie's on the Beach restaurant is an absolute must-visit, as is the Bracklesham Bay Tea Rooms.
🚶♂️The sandy beach of West Wittering is a 10 minute drive away, or you can walk there along the coast from the house. Lots of beautiful walks nearby, including a nature reserve - ask for details!
🏃♀️ Easy 5km running route through fields, just up from the house.
🍽 Co-op supermarket en route to the sea, and a farm shop (with llamas!) just up the road. Grocer, fishmonger, butcher, supermarkets and surf shops in neighbouring village East Wittering.
🛶 Water-sports and archery available locally.
🏙 15/20 min drive to Chichester if you want a city fix (although really, why would you with the beach to occupy you!).
🗓 The house will be available from November 2022 onwards, at £100 mates rates per night (2 nights minimum stay) while there are still builders working on houses nearby (it's in a new build development). Once builders have left the development, the house will be £200 per night.
🧽 £50 cleaning fee.
