Max built the Nutbourne Hut WITH HIS HANDS! 🙌🙌🙌🛠

Aaaaand, he also creates this beautiful geometric wooden artwork, all made from reclaimed timbers. He’s taking part in the The Emsworth Arts Trail this weekend. Venue 22, in the garden behind the old Emsworth hospital.

One half of the Nutbourne Hut team is Max - he built the hut by his own fair hands! 👏

As well as building a shepherds hut, general diy and most-lately fitting our bathroom, Max’s hands make statement geometric wood art from reclaimed timbers. ⚒️

Max is taking part in the Emsworth Arts Trail this year - do go and say hi!

“This has been one of the loveliest stays, and I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels and BNBs! The location is fantastic but most of all the hut itself is a dream! Very cozy and comfortable, you’ll find everything you need from toiletries, blankets, a breakfast hamper and all the cooking utensils one would need for a longer or shorter stay. It is the perfect size for a single or couple without feeling cramped. The hosts provided us with all the necessary bits to use the chiminea and the BBQ, and it has been such a treat to be able to also cook outside. We came by bike from Portsmouth (but you can also come from Havant or Chicester) and Emily gave us the key to their shed to lock our bikes when not in use. I think my favourite part is opening the patio doors in the morning to see the fields ahead and enjoy a coffee just taking in the view. A great place to relax and also do walks in the area. I’m already planning my next trip here this time longer!”
