This colorful Eco-build Beach Hut style property sits beside a tennis court on a private rural farm in West Sussex. Inside you'll find a lovely light open plan living area containing a modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area, seating and TV area with a cosy wood burning stove for cooler evenings. The Second bedroom has 2 single beds (which can be pushed together if preferred) and equipped with

blackout curtains AND blind to ensure a good nights sleep. All bed linen is The White Company for added luxury and the space is beautifully finished in Scandinavian style. A private back garden terrace with stunning unspoilt views across rural fields and a separate BBQ sun deck to enjoy evening alfresco drinks and dining while the sun goes down. The tennis court is literally on your doorstep with a selection of rackets and balls to enjoy a game. This is a truly stunning place to stay and relax - if you want peace and quiet then this is a perfect retreat (unless you bring your own little noise makers!) We are very child friendly and can provide everything from toys, high chair to travel cot. A great local pub is only 200 yards away with it's own brewery and beer garden. We are so lucky to have so many wonderful places to visit on out door step. From the spectacular beaches of the Wittering's to The South Downs and it's stunning walks to The Goodwood Estate and it's renowned events. The Beach Huts is ideally located to ensure easy drives to so many days out.

Slight weather change! From my outdoor BBQ post last week to cosy autumn fires on this wet weekend! Love the British weather but we have the comforts to make you feel right at home! 🔥

The last of our ‘Summer guests’ arrive today and on Friday the BBQ will be stored until 2022! It’s been a fantastic summer here with bookings back-to-back; returning guests & new ones found!
I Can feel an autumnal chill starting but fear not, our wood burner can kick into action!
If your thinking of a little escape we have mid week availability through October (full half term) & lots of choice in November & December 🍂🍁🧡

We’re in full swing on the Great British Staycation!
