Competition time 🌻🌻🌻🌻let’s fill Ivy Farm with Sunflowers. Grow your tallest sunflower. It will be measured from the soil to the highest point. Sunflowers will be judged on Saturday 31st August this year. A prize will be given to the tallest. Well done van 33 last years winners 🌻🌻

Please help us to raise funds for the DNV Animal Shelter
The DNV animal shelter in Brcko Bosnia needs your help. There are dozens of dogs which have literally been thrown on the street. Vera Osmic runs a small animal shelter where she accommodates over 50 dogs she has rescued from the streets. They are fed and nurtured, given vet care, neutered where appropriate and prepared for adoption in the UK or elsewhere. She is drowning in miscellaneous bills, especially the Vet bills which have risen considerably in recent months. They need to pay for vaccinations and checks to get dogs ready for adopting, annual injections, spaying and neutering not to mention the recent operations and new comers with hefty priced treatment and babies all needing special food. Onto these bills the normal utilities, water, garbage collection, electricity, etc are rising as they are here, plus petrol for the car for all those vet visits…. there seems to be no end.

Janet passed away unexpectedly after a short illness.
We will all miss her more than words can express.

Please note!! If you are heading to Ivy Farm this weekend, the park is very wet. Please walk to your pitch BEFORE parking on it. Don’t where possible drive in between the vans where there isn’t a road. Also please note that we are NOT able to tow anyone out of the mud after dark. Take care everyone
