The property is situated near the River Stour. The house is in easy walking distance of Christchurch Town Centre and the famous 900 year old Priory Church. It is also approx 10 min
utes drive from Bournemouth International airport. The port of Poole is about 12 miles away where Brittany Ferries and Condor Ferries operate services to Cherbourg and the Channel Islands. Christchurch/Bournemouth have several 18/9 hole golf courses and driving ranges, beautiful walks, local fishing, nearby boat trips to Mudeford quay, beautiful sandy beaches, and many restaurants and cafes are to be found locally.. Approx 20 minute drive will take you to the famous New Forest. Monday market is in the town centre and shops including Coop, Argos, Boots Marks and Spencer simple food, Waitrose are all in easy walking distance. A short car journey takes you to bigger supermarkets such as Sainsburys and Tescos. Castle Point is a new shopping centre with many shops open till 8pm, and there is free parking. Other shops are Marks and Spencer’s, Gap, Asda, H&M, and many more. We have made Mallard Cottage a Non Smoking house but you are able to smoke on the patio or in the garden area - just not in the property. It is also not suitable for people with severe disabilities as there 7 steps to access the property via front and back entrances. OUTSIDE PATIO
On the patio is a glass and silver table and 6 matching chairs suitable for outside eating
Below ,small garden area with a Wooden Bench and umbrella . Disposable BBQ (in summer months) is included in the price
Also there is off road parking for 2 cars (1 in car port 1 outside)
The property has steps from front door entrance to 1st level rooms and also to patio area

To confirm our acceptance, by return we send our booking form, Balance of payment is due 4 weeks prior to arrival. All prices quoted are fully inclusive of electricity, heating, towels, bed linen and welcome pack (milk bread butter eggs tea and coffee). Bookings from Saturday to Saturday - arrive 2.30pm - depart 10am
