📣 The engines are revving, the excitement is building, and the countdown has begun for the Inverness Classic Vehicle Show 2024 this Saturday in Inverness City Centre! 📣🛻🚗🚌🏍️🚜 🏁

Everyone is welcome to come along and enjoy the remarkable display of 170+ classic cars, bikes, military vehicles, vans, tractors and of course the iconic MacBrayne's bus! 🚍

And when you need a wee break, you have a wonderful choice of bars, cafes, restaurants right there to enjoy some food & drinks.🍹🍺🍔

The highlight of the day is the spectacular vehicle parade, kicking off at 3pm and led by the City of Inverness Youth Pipe Band. 🎶🥁 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

⏰ The countdown can begin! 🤩 The wait is nearly over and on Saturday 10th June you will be able to visit the new The Loch Ness Centre in Drumnadrochit! 🥳🙌 £1.5m has been invested to enhance the visitor centre into an exciting fully immersive experience, allowing visitors to explore the legend and myths of Loch Ness.
🤓 Guests will walk through 500 million years of history to explore the myths and examine the scientific research surrounding the monster. You can hear real people’s stories, discover artefacts, and hear scientific debate on the existence of Nessie, a phenomenon boasting over 1,000 eyewitness accounts and recorded sightings, alongside lots of unexplained evidence.🦕
🛥 Voyage seekers will also have the chance to explore the depths of the world’s most famous Loch with Deepscan cruises, visitors can book a trip on board the vessel, named after the famous expedition carried out on the Loch in 1987.

The Countdown is on! 🚙🛻🚜🛵

Saturday 20th May is fast approaching and once again we have a superb range of interesting vehicles coming along to join us for the Classic Vehicle Show 2023 🤩

We have music and entertainment with Mad Hatters and Hopscotch Magic joining us 🎭 🎶 and Pam will be offering free face painting 🤡

Find out about local vintage vehicles from the Highland Archive Centre who will be based in the Victorian Market Inverness 📜

The map below shows you where you can find the vehicles and don't forget the parade finale at 3pm when the vehicles drive down High Street led by the City of Inverness Youth Pipe Band.

Look out for some vehicle and entertainment highlights being posted on our page over the next few weeks! 👀

BID are delighted to have secured funding to provide 𝐅𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝟒 𝐇𝐎𝐔𝐑𝐒 𝐏𝐀𝐑𝐊𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐍 𝐅𝐑𝐈𝐃𝐀𝐘𝐒 during December in Rose Street Car Park to help encourage visitors to support our wonderful city centre businesses this festive season 🎄🚘

Parking up to 4 hours is completely FREE - please note If you park over 4 hours you will be charged at the usual rate for the time you have parked.

The businesses look forward to welcoming customers and are so grateful for their support this Christmas 🎅🏽

THE INVERNESS HALF MARATHON AND 5K takes place this Sunday 13th March 🏃🏻‍♂️🏃🏼🏃🏽‍♀️ bringing together runners from all over to enjoy the scenic route through the Highland Capital.
