Our Story

Based in the South East, we have a dedicated factory in Eastbourne employing around 25 people plus an excellent team of outwork sewing machinists. Here, the Jarvis team of expert sewers and crafts people help develop and manufacture bespoke textile products for a wide range of applications.

For larger, less specialised orders, Jarvis Manufacturing has long established partnerships with two manufacturing companies in the Far East, which means we can offer very competitive prices for larger projects.

From unique one-offs to extended-runs, Jarvis Manufacturing provides a one-stop-shop for textile products. Our knowledge and versatility give us the ability to manufacture anything from the smallest lanyard to the largest vehicle cover and anything in between.

Jarvis started by manufacturing belts for the fashion industry but to grow for the long-term, we had to evolve. We started to develop military helmets and this was our introduction to the military side of textiles. The commercial side was still being developed and 40 years later we're a one stop solution for military, medical and commercial textile manufacturing.
