The Holyrood Distillery is the first single malt whisky distillery in the centre of Edinburgh since 1925. It was founded by Canadians Rob & Kelly Carpenter, and a Scot, David Robertson. The distillery is situated in a wonderfully renovated 180 year old railway goods shed.
Our customers always enjoy the mixed production of whisky and gin and sampling both. Great to check out a project which is still in the early stages and have recently released their own single malt whisky.

Glenkinchie distillery is a single malt whisky distillery in East Lothian, Scotland. Within 45 minutes drive from Edinburgh, it has one of the best visitor experiences in the country.
