Your baby will be born into a calm atmosphere which will help your baby to be more alert allowing you to bond more quickly and settle into healthy feeding and sleeping pattern. The course is very relax

ed and with tea/coffee and yummy biscuits. The course runs over a month and classes typically last 2.5 hours each week. They allow you to meet other parents and hopefully form friendships with others experiencing what you are experiencing. You will receive a copy of The Hypnobirthing Book, Course CD, Folder with practical handouts. On going support throughout and after the course.
