It's an exciting time of the year and everyone is making plans to look forward to. Consider taking a fishing trip with our partners at Green Highlander

Head out to catch a wild brown trout from the clean clear waters of the pristine Scottish Highlands. Bring your fish back to Assynt House and allow chef Graham to prepare your catch for you.

No experience necessary as you will be taught how to fly fish and all tackle can be supplied. Of course, a fish on the bank is never 100% assured but we guarantee a great day out with magical scenery.
