I'm sorry to have to write this however, I've just been to my caravan after the last stay and unfortunately it has been yet again left in an appalling condition! Because of this I will now be requesting a £100 deposit which will be refunded back to you at the end of your stay should it be left in the same condition which I gave it to you in. If there are any issues with the cleanliness of the caravan you must report this to me within 24 hours. If not I will assume you are satisfied with how you have received it. I will take date stamped photos before you take the caravan and do the same when I inspect it at the end.
