We're super excited to see normality on the horizon!
As it stands, we plan to have all facilities open at full capacity and all social distancing removed for breaks taking place at our English parks from Monday 19th July.
Whilst we're counting down the days to welcome back normal life, please note Monday 19th July is still dependent on Government guidance at the time and will be formally confirmed on Monday 12th July.

Restaurants
Advanced booking will remain in place and ahead of your arrival, you can book a table inside our restaurants in the following ways:
Guests booked directly through Haven: please visit the My Haven app
Guests who have booked privately: please visit www.haven.com/food to book your table. When booking, we will require your registration code which will have been sent in your email confirmation when your owner registers your arrival.
Owners: owners can book a table by visiting haven.com
Tables can be booked on a rolling 14-day basis which means you will be able to book a table two weeks in advance of the day you want to dine.
You will also be able to book once you have arrived on park for the day you wish to dine, subject to availability.
Please note: there is no booking required for outdoor dining โ although it does often require some nice weather!
As it stands, we are only able to accept bookings of up to six via our online booking system, however we hope to have this rectified very soon. If you are a party of more than six, the teams on park will be able to assist with your larger booking once you arrive.

Entertainment venues
In order to make the booking process fair for all our Stay+Play guests, we will continue to take entertainment venue bookings in the same way following 19th July.
This means that all guests will be able to book one evening session in advance, however rest assured you will be able to book more on park once you arrive, subject to availability. Simply visit the Booking Station for the day you wish to visit our entertainment venues and our teams will do their best to assist.

Swimming
Our swimming pools are one of our most loved facilities for families and weโre so pleased that from 19th July, we will be able to open our pools up to 100% capacity again.
Holidaymakers: Activities and swim sessions can be booked via haven.com/experience subject to availability.
Sessions will be released every Tuesday and youโll be told the exact time you can book your slot via your pre-arrival email, so keep an eye out for this!
All guests will be able to book eight slots (per holiday home) in advance, however, you will be able to book additional slots on park once you arrive.
Guests booked privately or through third parties: Private Lets, third parties and groups can book swim sessions at the Activity Booking Point on the park after you have arrived. Please note, you must have a Play Pass to take part in activities. Please click here for information on how to buy a Play Pass
Owners: owners can book their swim sessions by visiting owners.haven.com
Please note: whilst our changing rooms will be back up and running, we recommend guests arrive โpool readyโ in order to make the most of your session.

Additional activities
Stay+Play guests booked directly with Haven can book activities in advance using haven.com/experience or via the Activity Booking Point on park once theyโve arrived.
Guests booked privately or via third parties will be able to book at the Activity Booking Point once theyโre arrived and must have purchased a play pass in order to do this.

Additional information
In line with Government guidance from 19th July, face coverings and Test and Trace will become optional across our English parks.
In order to feel safe and continue to protect others, guests and team will be able to wear face masks should they wish, however this will no longer be compulsory. Sanitiser stations will remain in place around the parks and we will continue to be vigorous with our cleaning across the parks.
Additionally, we will also continue to keep our NHS test and trace QR codes in place across our venues.
