We've been working hard during the closed season to make it as good as it can be and have reduced the number of bookings to ensure everyone has the best experience. 🙏The best prices are available when contacting us direct and will require an additional damages deposit of £75. £50 is required to secure your dates with the balance due 6 weeks before the start of your holiday. Important Announcement

As our final guest of the season checks in with us on Monday we thought we would share a few things with you all.

The Malton has been sold so we are back to a one caravan family.

We have had an interesting first season as caravan owners some good some bad.
Firstly we would like to thank the guests who have booked with us and looked after the caravan as if it was their own. You have been wonderful and we will be in touch soon about what we are planning to do next year.

As for the guests who didn't care for our van and blatantly betrayed our trust you are not welcome back. The stress this has caused us at times has been horrendous.

We have been through a lot as a family this year. Most recently losing my beloved wilko store.

So we have decided we are going to spend more time at the place that makes us happy so won't be hiring the mirage out as much.

We hope you can appreciate this post and bare with us while we get things sorted.

The BRAND NEW Malton with space for six, in it's three bedrooms, modern, spotlessly clean facilities and outside deck at Reighton Sands Holiday Park. is situated on a quieter part of the site yet is near to play areas and open spaces for children. With good availability even for the school holidays and breaks starting from £320 now is an excellent time to book. Family owned Caravans

We love the Yorkshire Coast and spending time there with family and friends. We currently own three caravans two that we rent out. These are managed by us and we take pride in providing a home from home experience.

You will arrive to a caravan that has been cleaned and prepared by us, because we want it to be perfect for your arrival. The beds will be made up with fresh crisp linen, that yes that too has been washed and ironed by ourselves.

A welcome pack is provided with Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk and Biscuits so you can have that much deserved hot drink when you arrive after your journey.

All we ask is that you take care of our caravans as they are our pride and joy and provide us with an income. Make yourselves at home and enjoy the beautiful location as much as we do.
