Filey Bay Caravans was set up in 2011 by Richard as a family friendly run caravan holiday provider on the idyllic North Yorkshire coast near Filey. Richard has always loved the freedom and unique atmosphere that comes from a caravan holiday, and wanted his business to provide affordable, first-class family holidays that make memories for years to come. It is the little things that make a good holi

day great, so from the beginning Filey Bay Caravans has been based on friendly, personal customer service, with the team always aiming to go the extra mile to ensure each customer has great value for money and an enjoyable holiday. The business began on Haven’s holiday park on Reighton sands and has since expanded to include caravans on other sites along the North Yorkshire coast. Filey Bay Caravans is now able to offer caravans on all Haven caravan sites in the area. Located at the heart of historic Yorkshire, we are within easy reach of dozens of activities, festivals and family days out, including York, Scarborough, Bridlington, Whitby, the North York moors and many other surrounding attractions. With on-site facilities including heated indoor swimming pools, family entertainment clubs and bars, restaurants, guest terrace and shops, on-site beaches, there will always be something fun to get involved with, whether you are visiting for a weekend break a week or a fortnight’s family holiday.

Filey Bay Caravans are looking for homeworkers to assist our customers booking their holidays, assisting our customers whilst on holiday and answering general enquiries from customers and holiday home owners.

Ideally you would have had some experience in customer services and have a good insight into social media, you would also be quite good with computerised systems ie our booking system and job logging system are both computer based.
Having said that full training would be given.

This is a brilliant opportunity for the right person to join our family business.

You must be available to work weekends, you must be available to work late shifts finishing at 8pm and you must be available to work school holidays.

In return we will offer you a flexible working week, generous holidays and discounts on holidays with Filey Bay Caravans, we also give you a paid Christmas holiday off which is extra to your holiday entitlement plus many more extra perks available.
Wages negotiable depending on experience, we are looking for the perfect individuals to join our team.
