After leaving education I felt that I was pointed in the direction of many different companies and organisations for advice on potential paths I could follow. The problem being that advice increases understanding of the steps but it can still b

e difficult to progress into the career of your choice when you don’t have as much guidance and support as you would like. MadMas not only stands by its service users and helps them decide which options are most relevant; we show them how to do it. We support them step by step and stand by them in every way possible, so they have not only been told how to do it but shown, so that in the future they have benefited from the practical support to have the confidence in taking the steps independently. MadMas does not in any way wish to do everything for clients. We are here to show them how to do it, not to physically do it for them. We simply aim to take them to the door, introduce them to the right people and then stand back when they are confident enough to do it on their own.
