GANG TARGETING HOUSES | 20 MEMBERS | PRETENDING TO GIVE ENERGY GRANTS

There have been reports of a gang targeting people’s houses. They are identifying themselves as a fake company called “Install247" pretending to be giving out energy grants such as insulation. The gang seems to have over 20 members and are believed to be of Polish ethnicity. They are from Bradford BD4 Area but seem to be making in-roads in Halifax. [Source: Halifax Crimewatch]

We are requesting everyone to be vigilant. Please take extra precautions to secure your homes, such as enhancing door and window locks. CCTV and Burglar Alarms. Report any suspicious activity to local authorities promptly. Stay connected with neighbors and consider joining or forming a neighborhood watch group. Stay safe and look out for one another.
