We cannot stress this enough to those thinking about a gap year, please MAKE A PLAN!

Your Gap Year needs to be worthwhile, and it should have structure.

Our best advice would be not to drift through your gap year. We often find that gappers have a period of paid employment to get some cash together, you may then decide to include a placement (language, volunteering, studying, work experience) and finish off with a bit of travel and adventure!

Start by thinking about your GAP YEAR GOALS and then brainstorm all the possible activities you might want to do.

Talk to past gappers, peers, teachers, gap year consultants and gap year providers - do your research and PLAN, PLAN, PLAN!
