It's always great to receive feedback and photos! Thanks Karin for your kind words and lovely pictures of the South West Coast Path.

English - "This is the second time we have done a hiking trip on the South West Coast Path with Walk the trail. WTT is simply a great hiking travel organizer who enjoys our complete trust. From the organization to the implementation of the trip, everything was perfectly organized and tailored to our individual needs. Especially the on-site service with luggage transport and taxi transfers was super well organized, including weather warnings if necessary. Thanks to Linda and the whole Walk the Trail team - thanks to your very good organization, we once again had a great hiking holiday in southern England👍"

Exciting news - We’re delighted to announce we have joined JUST ONE Tree.

Climate change affects us all. Trees are an effective way to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. JUST ONE Tree makes it easy for us all to do exactly that.

For 2022, we've started our "Keen to be Green" Cornwall initiative to reduce single vehicle transfers for our walkers. We now offer bus tickets via an app that can be used during your holiday. Not only does this have a far smaller carbon footprint, it also provides greater flexibility for transfer times in rural areas.

For every taxi journey replaced by a bus journey, we plant a tree with JUST ONE Tree.

Together we can solve the problem. Find out more: www.justonetree.life

North Devon’s beaches are some of the largest, unspoilt and memorable in the UK!

Because many of the beaches in this part of Devon fall under an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, they offer up stunning scenery and enjoyable days out all year around. 🌊

Glorious June! Summer is blooming in our Cornish cliff garden at the Minack today. Lynn Batten took this lovely shot of the intense colours of the poppies and gazanias against the vivid blue of the sea.

This lovely shot of Lynmouth Harbour from Visit Lynton & Lynmouth reminds me of the most delicious Exmoor meal I’ve ever had. I sailed to Lynmouth with friends, we caught mackerel on the way and after a long day cooked them up on arrival and ate them with lemon juice and crusty bread sitting on the wall by the boat. I like mine with a bit of brown sauce too, but that’s probably controversial. Is there a better spot for a picnic? I highly recommend a trip to Lynton and Lynmouth ⛵️💙

It's not just the incredible views and breath-taking scenery that makes a walking holiday memorable, it's also the wonderful hospitality offered by the many Hotels, Inns and Bed & Breakfasts that we work closely with. The first National Trail in Wales and stretching 180 miles (290km) from St Dogmaels in the north to Amroth in the south. Secluded beaches, sleepy fishing villages and castle ruins and epic landscapes are a few of the sights you will see on this walk which follows some of the most spectacular coastal scenery in Britain. This walk will leave you invigorated, revived and will revitalise the senses.
