The apartment is a 2-minute walk from peaceful beach walks and stunning sea views.
For peaceful and scenic strolls to the Roman fort of Reculver Towers, Reculver Country Park is a pleasurable 1-2 hour walk or 15 min drive away, with cafe and play park.
The local entertainment venue, The Kings Hall, is also a 2-minute stroll and has regular events and shows held all year round. The café here has sea front seating allowing guests to soak up the sun with a tranquil sea view. Reculver Country Park is a 1 hour scenic stroll along the beach (or along the top of the Herne Bay Downs) perfect for a mindful walk with nature. Herne Bay Pier is 15 minute walk along the seafront towards the town centre where visitors can enjoy ‘A Beer on the Pier’ or enjoy a meal and a ‘Cocktail Tree’ at one of the many tasty restaurants nearby.
There is also a bus stop at the end of the road for a 30 min journey to Canterbury, Whitstable or Margate, or a 20 min walk to the local train station offers you alternative access to these and other towns such as Ramsgate, Margate or London.
