Situated off the coast road in a lovely little village called Salthouse, within the North Norfolk Heritage Coast. Salthouse goes back to when the Romans used to make salt there. Sea Watch is a modern, detached property and one of the highest houses there, overlooking all the old cottage rooftops to the sea, and a stunning church beyond. Behind are open fields sloping up to Salthouse Heath which is

acres and acres of protected bird sanctuary and open heath. Holt, the nearest town (3 miles) is a charming Georgian market town with every shop you could possibly want! There are six bedrooms, all with wonderful views, sleeping up to 10, but cosy enough for just a couple too. The house is designed so that two families or multigenerational gatherings can all relax and have space to enjoy themselves. There is a wood burning stove for cooler evenings and a sun trap patio with bi-folding doors from the sitting room in the summer. Sea Watch is extremely well equipped and presented throughout. It's a wonderful family holiday house right on the coast. Accommodation Details:

Elegantly furnished in a neutral comfortable beach style. Kitchen: Country style kitchen with central breakfast bar with stools. Well equipped with a large range style induction cooker with double oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher and under counter fridge. There are also plenty of quality crockery, glasses and cookware. Utility Room: Ceramic butlers sink, large fridge freezer, washing machine and drying facilities. Shower Room: Perfect room for hosing down after spending the day on the beach. Cloakroom: WC and basin. Dining Area: Large pine table and chairs, overlooking the gardens Full width glass doors to patio and rear gardens. Table and lamps. Sitting Area: Comfortable area for relaxing, with plenty of sofas and chairs for everyone. Woodburning stove for cooler nights. TV with DVD player. Coffee table and lamps. Snug: A room for teenagers to escape to with large TV with DVD,comfortable sofa, selection of books and games. Stairs to first floor:

Bedroom 1: King sized bed, with bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes. En suite shower room, WC and basin. Bedroom 2: King sized bed with bedside tables and lamps, fitted wardrobes and shelves. This is one of our favourite neighbours, so we wholeheartedly encourage you to visit them next time you stay with us! Many of our guests walk there from Sea Watch - it'll take an hour or two, depending on your pace, but it's a beautiful walk and you can take in the Marshes and all the lovely villages along the way, like Cley where you'll pass the beautiful windmill.

We're hoping that by the time our guests start returning to our lovely holiday house, the marshes will be full of young bird life, warm breezes and the smell of early summer sunshine and flowers. These happy, positive thoughts keep us going.
