McLaren driver Lando Norris charged to a statement victory during the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort, overhauling Max Verstappen after his Red Bull rival moved ahead at the start – and denying the Dutchman what would have been a fourth-straight home triumph.

“It feels amazing once again,” said Norris. “I wouldn’t say a perfect race, because of Lap 1 again, but afterwards the pace was very strong – the car was unbelievable today..."

Lewis Hamilton has won the Belgian Grand Prix after team mate George Russell, who had originally come home in first, was disqualified following the race for an underweight car.

"...the car was fantastic today and we really owe it to everyone both here doing a solid job through the pit stops and strategy and the guys back at the factory.” said Hamilton.

Lewis Hamilton has claimed a long-awaited – and record-breaking – ninth British Grand Prix victory in a thrilling race at Silverstone, with the Mercedes driver holding off a challenge from Lando Norris to take the win.

"I can’t stop crying!" said Hamilton. "It’s been since 2021, every day getting up, trying to fight, to train, to put my mind to the task and work as hard as I can with this amazing team. This is my last race here at the British Grand Prix with this team, so I wanted to win this so much for them..."
