Quick heads up this Friday will be our last pizza session for a few weeks. Due to staff holidays we won’t be open on a Friday evening on august 16th & 23rd so make the most of this Friday, (2nd) the weather is looking good and the beers wines and ciders are a chilling 5.30-8pm

We have recently been asked if licences are required to paddleboard on the River Parrett in Langport.
This is the response we have had from Langport Town Council:

"We don’t charge a license/launch fee to use the pontoons/slipway, but we do accept donations - there are donations posts dotted around - outside the public toilets and next to the Slipway at Huish Bridge carpark (where the slipway is located). The pontoons, slipway and all the infrastructure we've installed are costly to maintain so we would appreciate as much as you can give."

It’s only a few days to Somerstock and we hope you are as excited as we are !! Here are a few things to remember:

🎫 Don't forget your tickets, e-tickets or printed
⛺️Campers, you can pitch up from 4pm to set up on Friday 12th to get ready for gates opening at 5pm
⏰Gates open 12 noon on Saturday
💺Bring something to sit on and suitable clothing for the day ! Looking good at the moment - you never know, you may need sun cream !! ☀️
🎶 Ear defenders for kids are a great idea if you plan getting close up to our great band
💰Bring a bit of cash, we have card machines but again- you never know with technology some times
🅿️ Don’t forget to book your parking in advance. This can be done through our ticket sales page linked within our profile.
🚗Cars can be left to Sunday morning but please don’t leave them too long on site
🐕We can’t allow dogs other than assistance dogs or glass 🍾bottles on site due to site rules
🍔We have a large selection of food available and some excellent bars, so strictly no food or alcohol to be brought to site, bag searches will be in operation. 👮
😀 If you need any assistance, we have a lovely lot of friendly stewards who will help you with any questions
