We loved our little rental tree last year and highly recommend getting in touch with the Farm to Table team about getting your own this year🎄🌟🎅🏼

Our Christmas tree rentals are BACK and available to rent now for Christmas 2023 after a successful trial last year! 🌲

Orders must be placed at Farm To Table and, as with last year, it's first come first served. We'll try and keep you all updated with stock levels as we go.

These beautiful trees are grown a few miles away at Fasque so have travelled just 7 miles to the shop.

We currently have 3 sizes available (30-60cm, 60-100cm and 100-140cm) priced from £10-£25 and here’s how it works:

• Head to Farm To Table & pick your tree
• Pay your rental and a deposit
• Take your tree home to decorate, water (about 1 litre per week) and admire (or collect at a later date)
• Take your tree back to us in January and if it’s still alive and we’ll we will return your deposit
• The tree will then live a with us the rest of the year, be re-potted, and given loads of love

We had a good survival rate with the 2022 trees and they've grown a centimetres or two this past year. The longer term plan is still to plant the trees out once they reach a certain size.

Did you know it takes about 20 minutes to drive to Dunnottar Castle from Howe Cottage? Or you can catch the train to Stonehaven and make a day of it, with a walk (or land train!) to the castle and back.

One of Scotland's most important ancient monuments, Dunnottar Castle is a quick hop from Stonehaven and an incredible day out. A real jewel in the crown of the north east 👑🏰🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Another changeover day 🧹

We have had a lot of new followers recently and my daughter insisted you might want to see our faces..so here we are!

We are a team and we love working together to get the cottage ready for our guests! Grateful to have a husband like who does everything I ask of him and sometimes the list of jobs is long 🤣
