Our new Inclusive Guest Excellence course launched this week. The first property to take the course was INNSiDE by Meliá INNSiDE Manchester. All hotels undertaking the course will cover in-depth guest safety and experience training to support minority groups including women, LGBTQ+, disabled travellers and those from different racial and ethnic backgrounds.

Women are being sexually harassed in quarantine hotels by the guards who are supposed to be looking after them. This is unacceptable and deeply disturbing. We hope this never happens to you, however we have shared a few strategies if you find yourself needing to go to a quarantine hotel.
