They’ll be meeting at the Sidings - just next to Newhaven Town railway station and the bus stop - at 6pm, then set off on a tour of all the mural sites at 6.30.
They’ll then return to the Sidings after around an hour for a free bite to eat from @hotspot.sussex

The @walkthechalksussex team have been working against the elements to get #WalkTheChalk ready and safe for everybody. 🌬️ 🌧️
They have had to make the decision to cancel the guided walks element of the event today, due to high winds. Everybody’s safety is of paramount importance, and visitors are advised not to use the coastal path for independent visits until it is safe to do so. @walkthechalksussex will update here as soon as the weather has calmed.
…however, there’s still lots of see and do! All the entertainment planned in South Hill Barn will be going ahead as planned, and you can check out @chrisdru’s piece and an installation by @j.d.dibiase and students from @weareescg at the barn. There will be a fabulous troupe of volunteer actors bringing the history of the site to life, and delicious food and drink available to purchase from local suppliers. Come and enjoy the sense of community!
All the travel arrangements will be in place - South Hill Barn car park will be closed during Walk The Chalk, but there is a park and ride in operation from Martello Fields car park, there is a shuttle bus service operating from Newhaven Station, Seaford Station, The View, South Hill Barn and Seven Sisters Country Park.
