Worried about all the queues at Birmingham airport?

Don't be, here are some of our top tips.

If your flight is before 12pm you can drop your bags the night before (US flights excluded) between 2-9pm. All you need is your boarding passes and passports! You can use the Premium Set down car park, directly outside the departure terminal for just £4 for up to an hour!

You can now leave all liquids and electronics in your hand luggage when going through security! The 100ml limit remains in place but you do not need to but them in the plastic bags.

Current advice is to get to the airport 3 hours before for short and mid-haul flights (Including Egypt and Cape Verde) and 4 hours for Long-haul flights.
