Our most recent review is what makes it all worthwhile :)

'We had booked the barn for my husband’s 70th birthday to spend time with our family. (Including 6 grandchildren, 8 years old and younger and a dog!) What a perfect place. The barn was spacious and well equipped with so many games and activities to keep everyone happy. The swimming pool was superb, a lovely temperature and safe with a padlocked gate. Air hockey, Pool, a room set up for PlayStation etc, and a hot tub were also enjoyed by all. It is a well furnished barn and with eight large bedrooms it made it just perfect for our three families to stay without feeling on top of each other.
The location was great with stunning views over the Cambrian mountains. We spent every evening sitting outside stargazing. We all managed to see a shooting star. The grandchildren enjoyed the countryside and we spent one day walking up a mountain to have a picnic on the top. It was just idyllic.
The owners Simon and Gemma were brilliant. They were quick to answer any questions before our stay and were great whilst we were there, explaining how things worked and being next door(but invisible) if anything cropped up. They wanted to make our stay just right and the complimentary cakes were absolutely delicious. It was helpful to know about the supermarket deliveries so that I had organised those beforehand.
I would thoroughly recommend Cae Madog Barn. What a wonderful holiday in a perfect location. Thank you.'

This is in a public statement issued today , December 22nd, by the Welsh Government….

"The Welsh Government will not be making new rules about mixing in people’s private homes, including gardens, in holiday accommodation or meeting outdoors. Instead guidance will be issued to help people stay safe.”
