First historic legislation case approved through mother's mother. YAYYY! Client was born in 1973 in South Africa, mother was also born in South Africa and mother's mother was born in the UK. We applied under the new changes introduced in July 2022.
We have now a proven case study. We are now waiting decisions through father's mother as well. Will share the outcome.
