Book your tickets well in advance of your stay for any show. 😅
The LRT bus that departs from the park will take you into Edinburgh or if taking the car there is limited free parking after 5.30pm on Royal Terrace which is just a 5 minute walk from the Theatre.
We made a night of it & booked a table at Toni Macaroni before the show, food was lush. 😍
Was on park today for lunch & a wander through the park.
Blustery day today & the sea was choppy but a beautiful Jade colour that hasn’t come up in the video but as you can see the park is literally just a road across to the beach with a safe crossing in place.
Really nice to see the hustle & bustle of the park with holidaymakers making memories with their nearest & dearest! 🫶
So the official name for this fog is steam fog….who knew! 😂

Watch to the end, the guests had been fishing and we’re feeding two big seals following the boat! 🤩
I’d love to say the piper was especially for me but there was an event on at Cove beach and we were just super lucky in our timing!
Enjoy 🥰
The tunnel at Cove beach, spooky but great fun!
Part 3 of yesterday’s jollies!
From Coldingham Beach we continued along the coast road to Eyemouth & we’re once again surprised with it being the RNLI fundraising day!
There’s plenty parking in Eyemouth.
I just missed the band that we’re on but they were superb…think listening to live Chris Rea meets Bruce Hornsby live playing as we walked round! 🤩
Eyemouth beach is soft sandy sand and it’s clean.
There is a large games arcade just off the beach.
We walked round the harbour and over the bridge to get to where the RNLI were having their fundraiser and I just missed the band but they were fab!
We had tea at Giacopazzi's, in my opinion THE best chippy for miles, I take my family here at least once a year as a treat and a day out.
They do amazing ice cream here too…you will not leave hungry or disappointed! 🤩
From Coldingham beach Eyemouth was just a 10 minute drive but if leaving from Seton Sands to spend a day out it’s around a 45minute drive.
Our next part of our jollies, we went from Cove to Coldingham Sands, to go from Cove beach where we we’re to Coldingham it was just 10 minutes along the road but to go to there from Seton Sands it’s a 40 minute drive along the A1.
Again the parking is free, bigger parking area than Cove beach & suitable for Camper Vans to park.
It’s a walk downhill again but for those with blue badges there is parking available at the bottom with an area to put your wheelchair onto or mobility scooter.
There are public toilets down at the beach as well as a cafe & two lifeguards on duty in their hut.
It’s a horse shoe shaped bay so it’s safe for kids to run and play, few waves for surfers & I believe a well know Glasgow actor from Lord of the Rings surfs here! 🤩
The beach is nice soft sand, clear waters, plenty rock pools & you can walk round the bay on the “John Muir Way” walk trail, we climbed up the hill and round the bay for the views which are stunning.
There are stunning colourful beach huts on the beach, privately owned but we enjoyed their playful colours.
A rib went by in the sea again from Eyemouth RNLI fundraising day, you can get tours from there which I’ll go into on the next post. 🤓
