Our family run farm glamping and camping brings a space for all to enjoy the wonderful views of the Cornish countryside and easy access to the Cornish coast with some of the most amazing beaches just a few minutes away.

We offer sensory areas and secure play spaces for the children to play well you enjoy a base for your Cornish holiday

We are neurodivergent friendly with animal therapy onsite aswel as other holistic wellbeing services too.

We are a family of neurodivergent children and understand that the break away can be hard with change and unfamiliar surroundings

A place not to miss out on is Smash Em

This is the most amazing burger 🍔 place around and only a short drive away

With amazing breakfast and burgers and loaded fries to die for it’s definitely a must try.

This is one of our toilet and shower and kitchen areas

This area is fully mains connected making for a beautiful warm shower and lovely place to cook and prepare food

With all the luxuries of a cooker, slower cookers, kettle and toaster pots, pans, cups, utensils and plates

We really do have you covered.

All our facilities are spacious to accommodate those needing more access.

We have 3 other facility areas too. Meaning there’s plenty of space to make your own well staying with us.

When you come stay with us your only a few minutes drive to some of the most beautiful places in Cornwall

Here’s on of our favourite places to go (we’re there a few times a week)

Talland Bay Beach Cafe

Talland bay beach is so peaceful with a car park right next to the beach.

Sand, sea glass, and rock pools it has it all

Not to mention the best cafe you will find.

The staff are super friendly and cheerful and always welcoming

The coffees fab, the cakes are divine and not to mention the ice cream it really does have it all

As a working animal therapy farm we have a variety of animals who just love to meet new guests

And we invite you to say Hi to them too.

It’s definitely a family affair is our businesses and we love to welcome our guests to learn about the animals if they wish too.

We also have additional activities of farm sessions, alpaca yoga, pony care and holistic wellness activites available to book onto too.

Thinking about a Cornish jaunt with the kids?

At Outways Glamping and Camping in the quiet village of Pelynt, you’ll reap all the benefits of a holiday under canvas thoughtfully planned by a family for families. The site is handily close to pretty seaside Looe (10 minutes’ drive) for shops, cafés and pubs, while East Looe beach and Talland Bay are about the same distance away – hopefully everything you need to keep everyone in your party smiling. As well as a partially shaded grass field with masses of space for youngsters (and any dogs you've brought along) to run around safely, handy family-friendly (and mains-connected) facilities on site include a parent-and-baby washroom in the shower block, a washing-up sink and a communal fridge to keep all your supplies fresh. However, it’s the amount of stuff that’s provided for kids that really makes this pop-up site stand out: the climbing frame, trampoline, giant sandpit, water wall and giant outdoor games are just the start… there’s also an abundance of animals to meet and cuddle in a safe environment on the owner’s smallholding.
