With a slightly heavy, but fulfilled heart, we wanted to let you all know that we have sold 109 The Bay to new owners.

We had an offer we simply couldn’t refuse.

We have loved sharing our little retreat with so many wonderful guests over the last three years, but it is time for us to work on our next venture closer to home in Somerset.

The new owners will not be accommodating guests as they, understandably, want the property all to themselves!

We have contacted everyone with outstanding bookings for the coming year and all refunds have been made. We are sorry for any disappointment, but most of you have been rebooked elsewhere at Home Farm Holiday Centre. Please message us if you believe you may have been missed.

Thank you all, so very much for choosing to stay with us over the years and we have *loved* seeing all of your photos.

So for the final time, that’s it, all checked out!

Great news! The Exmoor Coaster open top bus service has a £2 Fare Cap from 1st January - 30th June 2023.

The Exmoor Coaster will adopt a new and enhanced timetable from 2 April 2023. Additionally, the route will extend to Ilfracombe from Sunday 28 May, incorporating Exmoor Sunseeker.

In high summer, buses run up to every 30 mins at busy times, with buses at least hourly between Minehead and Lynmouth, and at least every 2 hours between Lynmouth and Ilfracombe. Between Easter and October, we will react to demand locally with duplicate buses on our busiest journeys.

This is well worth a visit.

Highly recommended as really beautiful and village is lovely too, with a play area and great pub.

Not long to wait now!
A few routes to chose from to take you down to the beautiful Snowdrop Valley.
You could also give Red Stag Safari a call to book the private hire Landrover.
We should have a small cafe running or book a table at the Rest & Be Thankful Inn.

This waterfall really is spectacular at the moment - one benefit of all the rain we have had in Somerset lately we suppose!
