We've had a flurry of bookings from families during the school holidays, but still have some availability in July and the end August.

15th July to 22nd July
22nd July to 29th July
29th July to 5th August
28th August to 2nd September

The enclosed back garden with large grass area means the kids have plenty of space to play outside. We've also set up the conservatory as a gaming room with a 54" TV, Playstation 4, VR headset, board games, Lego, books and toys.

Happy kids = happy parents!

The River Coquet rises in the Cheviot Hills and flows 40 miles east through the Northumberland countryside, through Warkworth and joins the North Sea at Amble.

The fishing season runs from 1st February to 31st October with the river receiving good spring runs of Salmon and late runs of predominantly Sea Trout.

We've had a number of bookings from guests who plan to fish on the River Coquet. Visitors can apply for a temporary permit via the Northumbrian Anglers Federation.

The River Coquet is great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Paddle up river and you can't miss the imposing Warkworth Castle on the left and further round you will pass the Warkworth Hermitage. Take in the beautiful backdrop and if you're lucky you might see ducks, swans, kingfisher, wagtails and even leaping salmon!

Welcome to Waters Edge, Warkworth, our holiday home situated on the bank of the River Coquet in beautiful Northumberland.

We’ve spent the last 12 months renovating and delighted to announce that we’re now taking bookings for 2023!

It's a spacious home with a large living area downstairs and four bedrooms. It sleeps up to 7 or 8 people, making it ideal for larger families or groups of friends.
