⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Service Review!

Major thanks to Belfast Harley-Davidson for helping us get my friend get back on the road after a mid-journey breakdown on our way to the Ireland BikeFest Killarney . I called ahead to Wilmer and the team and they were waiting for us when we got off of the ferry. Service was incredible. They swiftly diagnosed the problem and got straight to work fixing it. We were back on the road within an hour and had an absolutely epic time. We couldn't have done it without you!

Happy New Year everyone!
My sister, Maureen Johnston Gardner put this post on about a local New Year’s Day tradition, here in Ponteland:
”The wheelbarrow race today, I wonder what my Dad and his mates from the Blackbird Inn in the 1950 ‘s knew what they started and that it would still be going today. These brave fearless men one New year pinched, or took, the Pram out of the hall and pushed each other around The Green as they were all under the influence of alcohol! And so the plan for a New Year’s Day Wheelbarrow Race was formed later in the Blackbird bar (landlord at the time was Mr Bill Holmes). Wheelbarrows from the builders yard of Henderson’s which was next door were used, heavy big concrete covered builders barrows, plus a few hangovers was born. Most of these men were new fathers at the time and they raised money for local clubs and charities around the village. My dad would have been 103 now, so cheers go to him and his friends Reggie, Bert,Peter,John,Jack and all the members of the then Blackbird leek club who’s idea it was . So good luck today to all who are partaking today, enjoy and raise loads of money and a Happy New Year to all!”
