11 Quay Court is a contemporary and luxurious 4 bedroom town house in the heart of Newquay. It has it's own roof terrace with spectacular sea views. It's located only a 10 minute walk to the world famous Fistral beach and only 5 minutes to the numerous bars and restaurants in the town center. Part of a select development with two private allotted parking spaces, this wonderful holiday home is set

over four floors. It's consists of three double rooms and a zip and link twin that can be made into a double. On the second floor is a spacious open plan living room and balcony with views over Newquay and out to sea. The stylish dining area, and superb contemporary kitchen is a great place to entertain and enjoy some home cooking. The kitchen is equipped with Neff appliances. An espresso/coffee maker is also provided. Up on the top floor is a large roof terrace with sea views. You'll find rattan sofas and a dining table that can comfortably seat 8. A gas BBQ is also provided.
