This is our first year of renting out my holiday home
Please make any helpful suggestions as bookings have been so slow. Did I get the price right?? If too high what is reasonable?
I have over heads to cover as I paid membership to the Atlantic Reach club @ nearly £2000 for the year plus ground rent insurance cleaning etc etc.
Suggestions please.. offers even!!!

I had a lovely weekend stay (my 2nd). Now I have sorted the central heating out it is lovely and cosy. I tried out the indoor pool and it was great.Spotted many different birds on the trees just outside, including a woodpecker and a nuthatch close up!! I love my holiday home more and more.
Dawn at Watergate Bay and sunset over the sea at Newquay.was fantastic. Such a relaxing break.
