**DATE OF CLOSURE BROUGHT FORWARD**

We were overwhelmed with guests contacting us when they heard we were closing and so many have booked a final returning stay! We are so grateful for this.

For family reasons, we are now closing our doors to guests on Monday 2nd June 2025 and not the end of September as originally intended. Diolch pawb. Thank you all for your continued support!

It is with a very heavy heart that I write this post. We have made the decision, as a family, to withdraw our beautiful 'Mamgu' from the holiday let market. We are proud of all we've achieved and offered to our wonderful guests over the last few years and know it is a special place for many. We will continue to trade for 12 more months and September 2025 will see our last guests visit us. So for all those who wanted to get that first, second, third, fourth visit in, you'd better get it booked now 😁😁 thank you all for everything. Our home away from home in the secluded hamlet of Mochdre, just 2 miles away from the market town of Newtown. This welcome book is intended to help you get acquainted with the area and our lodge. We've shared our years of area knowledge for you to enjoy! Favourite restaurants, golf courses, vineyards, and more. Along with our area guide, you'll also find everything you need to know about our lodge. You will find a bound copy of this guide in the home, which you are welcome to take out with you during your stay so you needn't print this out.

Your Lodge

We have sought to equip our home to a high standard and to anticipate your needs by providing all the things you might want for a luxurious stay. Hairdryer, towels and dressing gowns are provided as standard and a washing machine is available so that you don’t have to worry about luggage restrictions.
