Potential breakthrough moment...
I'm sat thinking about how chaotic my life seems now that I've decided to leave anorexia behind- then I realised something that seems to make sense- actually, it was the chaos in my life that brought anorexia too me in the first place. So the current chaos isn't actually anorexias fault at all...

So today has been a difficult day- dealing with both my ED and my bipolar. But even on the most difficult days I try to remember this;
