What a great start today Ive just had fantastic call from one of my lovely clients who has returned from Safari and Beach holiday in Kenya. "Amazing trip and the Balloon Safari was out of this world" and they are now looking at going on another Safari and trip to Sri Lanka. this makes my job so worthwhile.

I've received the most lovely telephone call from a client who has returned from holiday. Arrived in their room and they both said that's what Kathy does for us - as they said they got the best room overlooking the sea on first floor, staff were amazing & food to die for.
My client had difficulty planning holiday dates due to work commitments,but we finally made it happen. Speaking to my contact at the hotel to ensure my clients got a room not on ground floor is all part of my service. Recommending a hotel that would suit my clients perfectly, it's not just booking holiday, it is taking the time to listen and getting to know your client.This is why I am a Travel Counsellor as I make It happen for them as I truly care that my client has the best ever holiday.

Always use a Travel Professional.

One of our customers booked a holiday to Rome though a high street travel agent, but to their horror, they couldn't fly because of an expired passport...
..They called a Travel Counsellor who advised them to make an appointment with the passport office to get a new passport. In the mean time, we found them another weekend trip in Rome, with a better hotel, the same travel arrangements AND at a cheaper price.

Moral of the story? Leave the travel arrangements to the experts!

This is terrible sad news, as we all save hard for our few weeks of escapism on holiday. Don't risk your well earned money use a Travel professional, as it is the best way to ensure your are 100% financially protected. I look after you from the moment you get in touch until you are home.

Almost £12million was lost by British tourists in 2015 - £8.8million more than the £2.2million lost in 2014 - after a sharp increase in the number of holidays being booked online.
