Our bridge connecting The Mill to Koos Cabin is about to have a complete renovation, cannot wait to share the results! From next Easter, the beautiful Mill itself will be available to rent complete with luxury games room, including cinema projector, air hockey, table football, bar and disco lights! The cabin will be available as an add on meaning we can accommodate groups of 12, bring the whole family!

Two luxury self catering cottages and cabin set in the grounds of a historic converted 17c flour mill on the edge of the Prideaux Woods, Luxulyan Valley.

We offer a large private play park for guests, hot tubs, two paddocks with picnic benches and a fire pit which can be reserved on request.

Perfectly located for trips to the beautiful seaside towns of Fowey, Mevagissey and Charlestown. We have stunning beaches on our doorstep including Carlyon Bay and Par Sands.

Indulge yourselves in one of the wonderful nearby restaurants or sit and relax with a glass of something in the plentiful local pubs!

There are many and varied activities in surrounding areas including horse riding, cycling, walking, golf, fishing and water sports. A 30 minute drive to the famous Adrenalin Quarry and less than 10 to the Eden Project offering extreme zip wires and climbing facilities!

The Lost Gardens of Heligan is a 20 minute drive and a fantastic day out, including enormous children’s playground and various eateries on site. There is a local bus running directly to this attraction daily for much of the season.

Our cottages are well equipped for all ages, and pets. We have travel cots, baby/toddler bath, luxury kingsized beds and hot tubs!
