This week we would like to introduce Ben, who has joined us at Par Sands as an Assistant General Manager in preparation to take on his own park. This is a new role for Par Sands, as we have been chosen to be a training park developing AGM’s to GM’s.

Ben has a wealth of experience within holiday parks already and some of you may recognise him from the TV series Happy Campers!

Just a reminder from Max that this is the last week that the cafe is open from 9am - 9pm. Food service is available from 9am - 3pm and our evening menu is available from 4pm - 8.30pm.

From Monday 2nd September the cafe hours will be 9am - 5pm with last food orders at 4.30pm.

Can you spare a couple of hours on Sunday 15th September from 2pm - 4pm? The Friends of Par Beach have been kind enough to allow us to use their equipment & our lovely Customer Care Manager Jess will be co-ordinating this event. Please do let Jess know if you are able to help. The meeting place will be out the front of the cafe by the Friends of Par Beach Hut.

We are nearing the end of our team introductions and would like to introduce our Customer Care Manager Jess.

Jess joined us a year ago and in that time has worked tirelessly helping owners with any warranty issues or decking requirements as well as coordinating our subcontractors.

Jess also arranges and hosts the owners events calendar (often supported by Ryan), which this year has seen more owners than ever before attending.

Our Aqua-fit classes are set to resume and will run at 10am on the following dates:

Friday 6th September
Friday 20th September
Friday 4th October
Friday 18th October

These classes are free to owners and chargeable to holiday guests at £3.50 per person.

Please book in with the pool team as spaces are limited to 14.

This week we introduce our holidays team Vicky and Lindsay. 🏖️

Vicky is our Holidays Services Manager and has been working at Par Sands since 2012. 🤩

Lindsay has been with us since 2022 and was promoted to Reception Supervisor earlier this year. 👏🏻

Between them they take care of all elements of our holiday guests bookings and our owners who sublet with us. As you can see they often get awarded for the great service and high standards that Par Sands consistently delivers. 🙌

Jess and Ryan held another of their very popular Quiz nights last night. Congratulations to the winning team who look very pleased with their win, but not as pleased as their Golden Retriever ‘Wilf’ looks at being be on the winning team!! 😂

As many of you know our night warden Patrick retired in July. So we would like to introduce & welcome Martin and Paul who are our new night wardens. They have both picked up the role well over the recent busy peak weeks. If you haven’t met them yet, we’re sure you will have the pleasure of meeting them on park soon.

Par Sands Book Exchange is now all set up in the Launderette. 📚

A lovely idea from Steve, one of our owners, this book exchange provides a space where owners and guests can leave books they have read and take one that they haven’t yet read!

There is lots of space for many more books to be added, so please do feel free to leave your books to be enjoyed by others.

With weather as good as this, ‘Parbados’ is definitely the place to be! Alfie’s advice is to keep cool in the sea and find shade in the sand dunes. Or you could head to our air conditioned cafe for a cool drink and an ice cream (we even do ice cream for dogs!).

Just a reminder not to leave dogs alone in the holiday homes/lodges at anytime.
