Come and stay at our working Manx farm at Kirk Patrick, near Peel, on the west coast of the Isle of Man. The Farmhouse offers bed and breakfast guest house accommodation: a unique opportunity to relax in a peaceful setting half a mile up a private road, nestled below Peel Hill. The Stables was rebuilt in 2008 as a three bedroomed self-catering cottage, which sleeps six. We now have additional self

-catering accommodation in The Byre, our former cowhouse. This building has recently been converted into a luxury single-story cottage sleeping 3-4 people. We also now have basic hostel accommodation in our Upper Room Bunk Barn. New for 2015 is our wigwams, the first wigwam glamping experience on the Isle of Man. The farm is 2 miles from the picturesque Sunset City of Peel, which offers a variety of excellent restaurants, walks, pubs and beaches. Includes 2lb courgettes/marrow; 1lb runner beans; 1/2lb French beans; 2 beetroot; 4 turnips (2 varieties); Rainbow chard; Cavolo Nero; Rhubard. Small box £8 (same as above but less!) The Tower, our very own tiny house!

If you fancy a break away from it all, but close to Peel, then this is perfect. Complete with wood fired hot tub, next to our vegetable garden and with views across the fields it really is lovely. With a tiny log burner inside and a beautiful narrow spiral staircase to the attic bedroom, this is an unusual wee cottage.

The iconic Corrin's Tower on Peel Hill

Thomas Corrin buried his wife Alice, with her unborn child and 3 year old Christian in 1806 in the walled burial ground at the top of Peel Hill just below the tower. Alice was 33 years old and Thomas built the tower in their memory. Inside the tower are many memorial stones to Philip and Jane Corrin, Thomas' grandparents, Robert and Isabella, his parents, and several to his much loved wife. One of the pillars outside was erected by Thomas Corrin to 'perpetuate her memory until reunited by God'
Thomas died in 1845 and as a dissenter, arranged with some friends to be taken to join Alice in the Peel Hill burial ground, allegedly hidden overnight in Knockaloe Beg cellars!

I find this so exciting...!
To be able to watch our amazing PV solar panels generate electricity all day.
So far we have generated 7,419kWh, which is over 3,000kg of CO2 emissions saved and the equivalent of planting over 100 trees (we have done that as well 🌳🌴)... and all this in just under a year.

Please send us your ideas for ways to look after this world a bit better each day, we're always looking for inspo!

Psalm 24:1 is one of my favourites 'the earth is the Lord's and everything in it, the world and all who live in it'. Let's look after this beautiful planet we have been entrusted with, in as many ways as we can ❤️ 🌍

We’re super excited to invite you to the Knockaloe Beg Farm for a giggle - or a go at stand up comedy. On Saturday the 25th of May we’re hosting a comedy workshop, this will be the perfect place for people completely new to stand up comedy to make their start. There will be opportunities to write and trial material, connect with like minded individuals and get some practice performing and improving your sets. The workshop will be followed up by the optional choice to perform at our casual open mic comedy night on Friday 31st of May - open to anyone and everyone to perform or watch. We’ll be serving pizza, platters and refreshments in this intimate yet buzzing night of entertainment. Tickets will be by donation to the International Justice Mission on the door - but don’t forget to reserve your spot on Eventbrite (link in bio) See you there! 🇮🇲

There is also a 17th Century coverted Bothy sleeping two. And we have a glamping option in our wigwams, which are very popular all year round for locals and visitors alike.
