McKays Hotel Bar & Restaurant are preparing to relaunch their music programme on Friday 13th August.

Discussions are on-going to secure one of the leading March Into Pitlochry for the re-opening, with organisers set to announce details on their website https://www.marchintopitlochry.co.uk/ shortly.

As well as showcasing numerous traditional and contemporary bands, the Sunday sessions provided local artists with a platform to play their own instruments in a relaxed atmosphere.

Talks are also underway which will see the return of the March Into Pitlochry music festival in 2022.

This was the last dress rehearsal yesterday afternoon at Pitlochry Festival Theatre for Adventures with the Painted People, opening LAST NIGHT.

The sun dappling the gold of the amphitheatre through the trees, the birds singing, the sound of the river below... there couldn't be a better setting!
