4 The Birches

Our caravan is fully equipped with Central Heating, Double Glazing, Contemporary Electric Fire, free standing 2 Piece Suite, Cube Stools stored under coffee table, Microwave, Combi Oven, full size Fridge Freezer, speakers in the ceiling linked to a mounted Flat Screen TV/DVD Player, together with iPod docking station. We also provide all bed linen - beds made prior to your arrival, so all you need

is your own towels and yourselves. There are 3 bedrooms, the Master being a double with an en suite toilet, the other 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds, main bathroom with a double shower enclosure. "The Birches" - is a lovely quiet location looking out over The Birches itself, you can enjoy the "beautiful vista's" whilst sat out on the DECKING - (Patio furniture included) with a lawn for children and BBQ's, only a 5/10 min stroll to the centre of the park and 5 mins from the beach. We provide a complimentary welcome basket for every stay and useful leaflets and information about the local area - be it an open top bus ride around the Jurassic coastline, or a boat ride around Poole Quay and all the different "Vistas". Enough space for 2 car parked along side the caravan, together with BBQ benchnand umbrella for those hot sunny days. We personally clean the caravan and check all the appliances are in good working order and your stay at 4 The Birches is as relaxing and enjoyable as can be. Fun Work passes are not included but can be purchased from reception at the time you check in, these will give you access to the pools, bars, and entertainment areas within the park.
