Out with the old in with the new
We was asked by the customer who moved into a new property with an old swim spa that had various issues one being no cover.
We advised them it’s not cost effective to work on it and found a used swim spa we swapped it out with.

When buying a hot tub the less people involved in the process means less people have to take a cut of the money.

We have no showroom so we can supply hot tub’s at a reasonable price,
We take no money up front.

Why pay showroom prices when we can give you the same kind and spec of hot tub and cut the middle man out.

We have many models we can showcase in all parts of the uk and you can see the hot tub in a garden with a no pressure sales man.

I’d be more confident being shown a hot tub by a person who has first hand experience with the product then having someone read from a script.

Many retail outlets market hot tub’s as 🇺🇸 or 🇨🇦 when truth is most hot tubs are made in China with American and Canadian parts.

Even the major brands have them assembled in China now so they can even have a foothold in the uk market.

The standard of the hot tubs are no different from ones made in the USA the only difference is the price amd that’s a massive difference.

The balance of power has shifted towards China with hot tubs and that’s purely down to cost of labour compared to USA built hot tubs
And Europe made hot tubs.

I’ll admit Hot Springs are unique and I’m not comparing what I can sell to there’s as no comparison, Ferrari of hot tubs if you got endless cash there the brand to go with.

We do not want to show are range and prices on the website as that would be disrespectful towards showrooms and we are only trying to offer a alternative option.

23 years experience in all aspects of the industry is not something most hot tub suppliers can say.

We also offer free advise on any purchases you may be considering.

We have also experienced a lot of scammers on market place so never give money upfront.

32 amp or 13 amp? Let us tell you the difference as I’ve heard a lot of people are all of a sudden expert’s on the difference.

Delivery guys = £350-450 = your paying

Ground rent = yep your paying

It’s not fair it goes through many hands before you receive the tub = your paying
