Yesterday we enjoyed a beautiful autumn walk on the farm with the dogs. We were especially taken by the clouds ☁️ talking about the different types of clouds we could see as well as describing what we thought they looked like. What do the clouds on the first two pictures look like to you? ⛅️

High Greenbury Barn is a fantastic place to stay if you are looking for an eco-friendly, sustainable holiday choice. The building was constructed with the environment in mind, benefiting from solar gain for heating & thoroughly insulated to keep the heat in (making the barn wonderfully cosy 🥰) The milk we provide is from our neighbouring farm & the eggs are from the hens just a few metres away! The barn’s garden is full of bee and butterfly friendly plants to support biodiversity 🐝 🦋 Fruit & vegetables are grown in the garden for guests to enjoy- rhubarb, apples, plums, pears, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries & mint! Solar powered festoon lights in the garden provide subtle light to enjoy the evening outdoors. Re-fillable hand wash & dish liquid reduce the need for disposable plastic. Recycling boxes are provided so that guests can separate their recycling. You can also enjoy walks directly from your doorstep reducing the need to travel by car 🚗 We are continuously striving to reduce our environmental impact 💚
